Networks can be created in moments with configurable controls over what organizations can join. Public networks are accessible to all members of the platform, while invite-only public networks allow for broader visibility without sacrificing the owner’s ability to manage membership levels. Private networks facilitate collaboration between relevant stakeholders in circumstances where confidentiality is required or where overexposure may be disadvantageous.

Configurable Organization Profiles

Organization profiles offer an overview of the public networks to which each participating organization belongs. Profiles also give organizations the opportunity to describe their missions, operations, and objectives in standard terms that other members can use to highlight shared priorities, identify resources, and build connections. Each organization can customize what information is displayed to ensure that its member profile reflects official perspectives and established guidelines. Private networks are only visible to a member organization’s admins and users.

With JX Collaborate, information, updates, and media can be shared with partner organizations quickly, securely, and easily through a wide variety of file formats:

PDF, TXT, DOCX (Microsoft Word), PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint), and XLSX (Microsoft Excel) for documents and spreadsheets.

Low-Code/No-Code Workflow Builder

In addition to 20+ ready-to-use Boards, each WebEOC subscription includes access to DesignStudio—an in-solution low-code/no-code Board builder—which can be used to develop custom data and process workflows. With DesignStudio’s intuitive drag-and-drop controls, even the newest users can create and deploy their own Boards in moments. To promote outreach and collaboration, the DesignStudio Pro expansion allows users to develop and publish forms, process submissions, and transfer data, images, and feedback from the public and both internal and external stakeholders directly to WebEOC.
